Welcome to the online registration system for the National Council of Legislators from Gaming States (NCLGS) Winter Meeting 2025.
The Agenda will be posted in the coming months. We will be hosting a Welcome Reception on Wednesday, December 10th at 5:00pm and expect to conclude our Saturday meeting at 12:00pm for General Attendees and 1:00pm for Legislators.
The registration fees for this conference are as follows:
- $300 Legislator – NCLGS Contributing Member States
- $425 Legislator – NCLGS Associate Member States
- $500 Government (State, Federal, or Tribal Officials)
- $250 Speaker Rate
- $895 General Industry and Public – Early Bird (Through August 31, 2025)
- $995 General Industry and Public – Early Advance (September 1 - October 31, 2025)
- $1,095 General Industry and Public – Advance (November 1 - December 9, 2025)
- $1,195 General Industry and Public – On-Site

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
NCLGS has a block of rooms available at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel. You must book your room prior to November 7, 2025 in order to receive the group rate. Reservation requests received after the Cutoff Date will be based on availability at the hotel's prevailing rates. Rooms are limited and will likely sell out so we encourage you to make your reservation as early as possible. Click here to book your room.
CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS: Registered attendees who cancel at least two weeks before the conference are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellation requests made one to two weeks before the conference are eligible for a 50% refund. NO REFUND of any type will be provided for cancellations received within one week of the conference. All cancellations must be made by the registered attendee in writing and emailed to [email protected]. Substitutions may be made without penalty.
