Welcome to the online registration system for the National Council of Legislators from Gaming States (NCLGS) Winter Meeting 2025.
We will be hosting a Welcome Reception on Wednesday, December 10th at 5:30pm and expect to conclude our Saturday meeting at 12:00pm for General Attendees and 1:00pm for Legislators. The full agenda can be found here.
The registration fees for this conference are as follows:
- $300 Legislator – NCLGS Contributing Member States
- $425 Legislator – NCLGS Associate Member States
- $500 Government (State, Federal, or Tribal Officials)
- $250 Speaker Rate
- $995 General Industry and Public – Early Bird (Through August 31, 2025)
- $1,095 General Industry and Public – Early Advance (September 1 - October 31, 2025)
- $1,195 General Industry and Public – Advance (November 1 - December 9, 2025)
- $1,295 General Industry and Public – On-Site
- $75 Media (Please note this does not include access to any after-hours events)
HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

The hotel blocks and group pricing have now ended. Should you need accommodations, we recommend contacting the Fairmont El San Juan or Residence Inn by Marriott San Juan Isla Verde directly to inquire about availability and pricing.
NCLGS has a block of rooms available at the Residence Inn San Juan Isla Verde. You must book your room prior to November 11, 2025 in order to receive the group rate. Reservation requests received after the Cutoff Date will be based on availability at the hotel's prevailing rates.
Rooms are limited and will likely sell out so we encourage you to make your reservation as early as possible. Rooms can be booked here.
CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS: Registered attendees who cancel at least two weeks before the conference are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellation requests made one to two weeks before the conference are eligible for a 50% refund. NO REFUND of any type will be provided for cancellations received within one week of the conference. All cancellations must be made by the registered attendee in writing and emailed to [email protected]. Substitutions may be made without penalty.
