Welcome to the online registration system for the National Council of Legislators from Gaming States (NCLGS) Winter Meeting 2026.
The registration fees for this conference are as follows:
- $300 Legislator – NCLGS Contributing Member States
- $425 Legislator – NCLGS Associate Member States
- $500 Government (State, Federal, or Tribal Officials)
- $650 Speaker Rate
- $1,395 General Industry and Public – Early Bird (Through October 16, 2026)
- $1,495 General Industry and Public – Advance (October 17 - December 6, 2026)
- $1,695 General Industry and Public – After December 6, 2026 (including on-site registration)
- $0 / $75 Media ($0 does not include access to luncheons ; $75 includes luncheons. Please note, this does not include access to any after-hours events)
- $150 Reception Pass - Guest/Spouse (Ages 18 and over only permitted at evening receptions)
HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
NCLGS has a block of rooms available at the JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside hotel. You must book your room prior to November 7, 2026 in order to receive the group rate. Rooms can be booked here.
CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS: Registered attendees who cancel at least two weeks before the conference are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellation requests made one to two weeks before the conference are eligible for a 50% refund. NO REFUND of any type will be provided for cancellations received within one week of the conference. All cancellations must be made by the registered attendee in writing and emailed to [email protected]. Substitutions may be made without penalty.
